Bocas is one of the friendliest places in the region to start diving. With established PADI centres in Bocas Town you can try a Discover Scuba session with no experience, take a full Open Water certification course, or — if you’re already certified — dive the reefs at Hospital Point, Coral Cay and around the archipelago. Warm water and gentle sites make it approachable for beginners.
