Three nature casitas at Finca Los Planes — a quiet, nature-first stay close to Corcovado National Park.
Corcovado Tropical Garden is a small retreat of nature casitas on Finca Los Planes, set in the green hills of the Osa Peninsula about 15–20 minutes from Drake Bay, on the road towards Corcovado National Park. It is a place for travellers who come for the rainforest itself: birdsong at sunrise, open views over the canopy and the quiet of a working finca.
Each casita is an individual wooden cabin with its own terrace, raised above the garden to catch the breeze and the view. Simple and comfortable, they are made for resting between days of hiking, wildlife spotting and boat trips.
The casitas are accommodation only and designed for a nature-focused stay: there is no breakfast service and no Wi-Fi in the casitas (Wi-Fi is available in the main house). Pets are welcome.

How to get here
By air
A domestic SANSA flight from San José to the Drake airstrip takes 45–50 minutes. From there it is about 15–20 minutes by road. Transfers can be arranged.
By boat
Boats leave from the dock in Sierpe and take about 1 hour to Drake Bay, around US$20 per person. Then about 15–20 minutes by road to the casitas. Book in advance.
By road
About 7 hours from San José via Route 34 (Costanera) and Route 245; the last 20 km are unpaved and a high-clearance 4×4 is recommended. Check road conditions before departure.
